Hi! I'm Lin...
After decades leading in retail, consumer products, and small business hospitality & tourism, I took the leap and launched my own consulting firm—with a mission to cut through complexity, solve tough challenges, and turn ideas into real, profitable growth.
I’ve worn many hats—Chief Merchant, VP of Merchandising, Head of Product Development, VP of Sales & Business Development, café and motel owner, lifestyle brand developer, university lecturer, and nonprofit leader. (I'm even a certified emergency medical responder, because you never know when that might come in handy!)
Today, my husband and I split our time between Texas and Northern California. After years of golf trips to Clio, CA, we had the chance to buy a historic hospitality business in the mountains. Now, we spend spring through early fall in Sierra City, soaking up mountain life, hiking, fishing, and building a business rooted in community.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me golfing, working out, hiking, reading, tackling home projects, wine & bourbon tasting, or hanging out with my husband, friends, family, and our Aussie and German Shepherd.
