Meet Your Business Growth Strategist After decades in retail, consumer products, and small business hospitality & tourism, I took the leap and launched my own consulting firm. My mission? To help businesses cut through the complexity, solve tough challenges, and turn ideas into real, profitable growth. I’ve worn many hats—Chief Merchant, VP of Merchandising, Head of Product Development, VP of Sales & Business Development, and more. I’ve owned a café and a motel, launched thousands of brands, run a general store, and led teams from 10 to 150 people. I’ve also developed lifestyle brands, taught at the university level, and lead a non-profit focused on economic development. (Oh, and I’m also a certified emergency medical responder—because you never know when those skills will come in handy!) My husband and I are lucky to call both Texas and Northern California home. After years of golf trips to Clio, CA: we had the chance to purchase hospitality mountain business, a historic gem in the mountains. Now, we spend spring, summer, and early fall in Sierra City, hiking, fishing, and soaking up mountain life. It’s been an incredible adventure, blending my passion for business with my love of the outdoors. When I’m not working you’ll find me golfing, working out, reading, hiking, wine & bourbon tasting, diving into home improvement projects, and spending time with my husband, friends, and family. I’m also a proud dog mom to an Aussie and a German Shepherd. At my core, I’m resourceful, results-driven, and always up for a challenge.
